Nymbol provides a digital concierge tool designed for restaurant websites. The service allows restaurants to answer guest questions, recommend dishes, highlight specials, and collect reservation requests through conversational interactions.
Nymbol is intended to assist restaurants in communicating with guests and improving the online guest experience.
2. Eligibility
By using Nymbol, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are authorized to act on behalf of the restaurant or business registering for the service
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
3. Description of Service
Nymbol provides software and tools that enable restaurants to:
• Answer guest questions about menus, hours, and restaurant information
• Recommend dishes and pairings based on restaurant-provided information
• Highlight specials, events, and promotions
• Allow guests to submit reservation requests
• Capture guest contact interest when voluntarily provided
Nymbol does not process reservations directly and does not replace a restaurant’s reservation system. Reservation requests are forwarded to the restaurant for confirmation.
4. Restaurant Responsibilities
Restaurants using Nymbol are responsible for:
• Providing accurate menu and restaurant information
• Updating information when menus, hours, or offerings change
• Responding to reservation requests submitted through the service
• Ensuring the information provided to Nymbol is lawful and appropriate
Nymbol relies on the information provided by the restaurant to generate responses.
5. Subscription and Billing
Nymbol is offered as a subscription service.
Pricing and billing terms are provided on the Pricing page of the website.
Subscriptions may include:
• Monthly service fees
• Optional setup fees
• Optional premium services
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of service.
6. Setup and Configuration
During onboarding, restaurants may provide menu details, restaurant descriptions, specials, events, and other operational information to help configure the Nymbol concierge.
Nymbol uses this information to provide conversational responses to guest inquiries.
The quality of the service depends in part on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Nymbol for:
• unlawful activity
• deceptive practices
• misleading or false information
• harassment or abuse of the platform
• attempts to disrupt or interfere with the service
Nymbol reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, technology, branding, and platform design associated with Nymbol are the intellectual property of Nymbol.
Restaurants retain ownership of their menu content, restaurant descriptions, and other information submitted to the service.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or redistribute Nymbol technology without permission.
9. AI-Generated Responses
Nymbol uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses based on restaurant-provided information.
While the system is designed to provide helpful and accurate responses, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or misinterpretations.
Restaurants are responsible for reviewing and updating the information used to configure their Nymbol concierge.
10. Service Availability
Nymbol strives to provide reliable and continuous service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
• maintenance
• system upgrades
• technical issues
• external service disruptions
Nymbol is not liable for service interruptions outside of reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nymbol shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages
• lost revenue or lost business opportunities
• damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated responses
The total liability of Nymbol shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service in the previous three months.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time.
Upon termination:
• access to the Nymbol platform may be discontinued
• active service features may be disabled
Termination does not relieve any outstanding payment obligations.
13. Privacy
Your use of Nymbol is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

14. Changes to Terms
Nymbol may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
